Lawn Maintenance Worker
General Handyman and Estate GroundskeeperWe are looking for a team spirited, hard working, flexible individual who can follow oral and written instructions.

Skills:
o Ability to multi task efficientlyo Knowledgeable in many aspects of repair and maintenance work and ability to use power equipmento Regular and reliable in attendanceo Ability to lift materials weighing up to 70 lbso Ability to move furnitureo Ability to drive and must have and maintain a valid driver's licenseo Ability to work in high places using a tall ladder >14 ftDuties and
Responsibilities:
o General Repairs which could include but not limited to wiring, fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers etc.
o Basic plumbing and maintenance on toilets, faucets, etco Facility repairs like doors, doorknobs, locks, polish floors , clean gutters, help with maintenance of the rotundao Outdoors :
maintaining the yard by blowing the leaves, power wash machine, clean outdoor furniture and maintain furniture by polishing, covering in rains and transferring cushions to and from the furniture, watering plants as neededo Checking all light bulbs on the interior and exterior of the houseo Car maintenance and filling gas/water/air as needed.
Also keeping track of service needs and companies to reach out to for these serviceso Pool House upkeep including maintaining both bathrooms to keep them clean and supplied with toilet paper etc.
o Garage maintenanceo Be onsite and available for special events including occasional weekendso Assist with vendorso Oversee all contracted workers including gardeners, pool cleaners , tree trimmers etc.
Work Environmento Use of cleaning solutionso Exposure to dust, water, noise and temperature changeso Working with ladders and comfortable with heights Recommended Skills Furnishing Hardworking And Dedicated Maintenance Multitasking Plumbing Scales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
